Ever heard of the League of Nations? the U.N.? Department of Education? Pre-school education? Disarmament? Civil service reform? These are all issues championed by AAUW since the late 19th century.

According to that logic, I shouldn’t pay attention to the American Cancer Societies research on how to avoid cancer, because they have a vested interest in preventing cancer.

You can choose to ignore the facts, but that isn’t going to make them untrue.

This is shocking since the report was sponsored by an advocacy group for women and girls. This is like paying attention to a cancer study sponsored by a tobacco company.
