Also, at the event were such wonderful women including Ms. Dorothy Heights. She feels so close now that the news announced her death a few weeks ago. May she rest in peace. I hope everybody took out of this event what should have been taken– equality and women integrity. Women need to stand up for each other in order to maintain integrity for us all throughout the world.

It was wonderful to see a room full of powerful and talented women being brought together and recognized in the White House. The Pres. and 1st Lady have done alot to make daily life in the White House more visable to those of us who would never have a clue. They are showing a side of their lifestyle I have never seen and probably the one I can most relate to and appreciate as a grandmother, mother, wife, daughter and role model.
