Jill R. Birdwhistell, PhD, is the Chief of Strategic Advancement for AAUW, where in addition to her role as chief of staff, she also works closely with AAUW members and leaders to facilitate implementation of Board goals and coordinate implementation and marketing of activities and programs that address member needs and priorities. She has a BA from the U. of PA, a MEd from the U. of VA, and a PhD in Higher Ed. Admin.& Policy/Law from the U. of KS.
